Mt Juliet Market picks up where the liquor store leaves off; selections include all your cocktail and bar essentials; natural mixers and bitters; artisan meats, cheeses, chocolates, and snacks; over 400 craft, domestic, and import beers; we even have draft beer served from, the first ever in Tennessee, tap system that pours the freshest tap beer you can get! Our growlers are FREE; recyclable 72 oz plastic bottle and BPA free of course!

Shipping & Delivery
Mt Juliet Market currently offers two options for domestic shipping. Customers may choose In-Store Pickup or we can ship your order via ground or priority methods. It is the responsibility of the customer to choose the shipping method most appropriate for their needs. Changing an order after it has been submitted may result in surcharges. If you have any concerns please give us a call.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Due to the complex customs regulations and duty rules we’re not taking new International Customers at this time. Hopefully we can send you product in the future! Thank you for your understanding.

Returns & Replacements
If you are not fully satisfied with your order you may return the unused item within 10 days of the original order date. The item must be in saleable condition. Please give your reason for the return as well as your Web-Order Number. Shipping is non-refundable.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We understand that items may be damaged before they reach their final destination. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all packages before accepting and opening them. If there is damage to the outside packaging, take a photograph of the package, then proceed to open the package and inspect your order. If the items inside are damaged, please take additional photographs of each damaged item and contact Mt Juliet Market at info@mtjulietmarket.com.
Ordering
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders usually ship within 1 – 3 business days. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed the next business day. Orders will only be shipped and processed on days that Mt Juliet Market’s retail store is open.
LOW STOCK AND BACK-ORDERS
Occasionally low-inventory items will be out of stock before an online order can be processed. We do our best to make sure this is not the case but in the event that we cannot fulfill your order right away we will contact you as soon as possible to determine the desired course of action. Should a customer wish for in-stock items and back-ordered items to be shipped separately, then they will be responsible for any additional shipping costs as a result of the divided order.If you are interested in a product on our site that is currently “Out of Stock,” please contact info@mtjulietmarket.com to inquire about placing an order to reserve the item when we next receive it in stock.

Check Order Status

Order status messages
Commonly used order statuses include:
Pending - We've received your order. If it showing a pending status you may still have the ability to change or cancel the order.
Processing - Your items have already been prepared for shipment and cannot be changed by our customer service department. We'll send you an email when your item(s) have shipped.
Shipped - We've shipped your order using the shipping method you selected. You can track your shipment from online My Orders.

Cancel Items or Order
Please contact a customer service specialist at 1 (615) 754-5400 to discuss your request*. If you are unable to cancel item(s) online and need to make a return, please review the Returns & Refunds section. *To expedite this request please include your Purchase Order Number, Customer Number, Name, and/or Billing address.

Track Shipments
As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we'll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the carrier's name and a tracking number, if available. You can also view this information by signing in online to My Orders. If you ordered multiple items, you may receive separate shipments emails and tracking numbers.
Click the tracking number to view the status of your package on the carrier's website. Tracking information may not be immediately available. The U.S. Postal Service and other carriers may not provide tracking information.
